CariCARE Group Life Advantage Plan

Caricare Advantage is a Group Life Plan designed to cover funeral costs and other final expenses. On the death of the insured, the proceeds will be paid to the insured’s estate or named beneficiary.

    • A Death Benefit of $15,000.00 for persons under age 66
    • Accidental Death & Disability Benefit Of $15,000.00 for persons under age 66
    • The life benefit will be restricted to a refund of premium during the first two years of coverage except if death occurs as a result of an accident.
    • The life benefit will be restricted to a refund of premium during the first two years of coverage if death occurs as a result of suicide, this limitation applies regardless of the covered individual being sane or insane.

CariCARE Healthcare & Frontline Workers Plan

Healthcare & Frontline workers have been at the forefront of combatting COVID-19, saving the lives of many whilst putting their own at risk. This plan was designed to provide these workers with Group Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and Critical Illness (CI) benefits for your peace of mind and protection.

The plan’s Critical Illness (CI) benefits cover 10 major conditions:

    • Heart Attack
    • Stroke
    • Coronary Artery Bypass
    • Cancer
    • Multiple Sclerosis
    • Kidney Failure
    • Major Organ Transplant
    • Paralysis
    • Deafness
    • Blindness

Eligibility

    • Minimum enrollment age :18
    • Maximum enrollment age: 75
    • Healthcare Professionals who are actively-at-work in the delivery of medical services including Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and Pharmacists as well as all healthcare related professionals.
    • Frontline heroes working in Protective Services; food manufacturing and distribution chain workers, and sea and airport workers who are actively-at-work in the delivery of these services including Police, Security Guards, Fire Service, Air Traffic Controllers, Pilots, Immigration Officers and other essential services such as Supermarket workers, Media/Telecommunications, ground transport and delivery services.
    • Administrative personnel and employees who work with and directly support employees of (Bullet Points 3&4)
    • Spouses and dependant children of individuals of (Bullets Points 3,4 & 5)
