All members of the NUPW Medical Insurance plan and other interested persons are invited to attend a virtual meeting on Thursday 25 June 2020 at 5.30pm. Join by zoom with the following details:-

The meeting will discuss the 2019-20 performance of the plan as well as the terms and conditions for plan for year 2020-21.
We are pleased to inform that there will be no increase in the premiums. However, Sagicor, in its review, has advised that the claims experience has been unfavorable, and has therefore proposed amendments to the plan. Members of the Sagicor Life team will be in attendance to explain the proposed amendments and answer your queries.
We are further pleased to announce the following exciting opportunities for members of the NUPW:
- OPEN ENROLMENT TO HEALTH PLAN
Persons from age 18 to age 59 who are interested in joining the NUPW Gold-Care medical option can now do with limited underwriting. This offer will run up until July 31st after which normal underwriting requirements will apply.
- NUPW GROUP LIFE
This is a NEW group plan which offers a death benefit of $15,000.00 as well Accidental death and disability benefit of $15,000.00.
ELIGIBILITY: Persons between the ages of 18 and 59 are eligible.
RATES: The proposed rate is Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month.
N.B Persons will be allowed to enroll without providing medical information if they do so by July 31st, 2020
- SAGICOR HEALTH CARE HEROES CARICARE ADVANTAGE
This plan is a Group Plan specifically designed for persons working within the Medical Services Industry. The product consists of a combination of Life Insurance Coverage, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Critical Illness Cover in three levels of benefits. Following are the rates, benefit options and a summary of the key information.
